Oleg Nevelchuk became a new Head of Industrial Committee of Outdoor Advertising of Ukraine

Oleg Nevelchuk, CEO of RTM-Ukraine Group of Companies has been elected to assume the role of  new Head of Industrial Committee of Outdoor Advertising of Ukraine.

The new Head of ICOA was elected unanimously for the term of 1 year at General meeting of founders of ICOA on 7.12.2014.

Oleg Nevelchuk has worked at out-of-home advertising market of Ukraine for 14 years. He is one of the high-caliber professionals and lobbyists of OOH industry, the initiator of creation and the active participant of ICOA.

Oleg Nevevelchuk, Head of ICOA: "The main mission of Industrial Committee is conversion of OOH industry to international standards that will state outdoor advertising of Ukraine at the level of the most effective and transparent media. The first fundamental stage was passed perfectly. There are a lot of new interesting complex challenges. But quality of dialogue of industry participants stepped on absolutely new level lately, and this synergy will allow us to solve the most ambitious problems. We had difficult crisis year, but we won't wait for better times. We use every day to advance".
