Larysa Bulatova, director of Ukrainian leading outdoor advertising operator "Perekhid Outdoor" (part of communications holding company Atlantic Group), was elected a new Нead of the Industry committee of out-of-home advertising (ICOA) for year 2016.
Larysa Bulatova is expert in the field of outdoor advertising with more than 18 years of experience, one of the active participants of initiatives in the area of out-of-home advertising in Ukraine, general director of "Perekhid Outdoor" (part of communications holding Atlantic Group).
Promoting the development of out-of-home advertising market in Ukraine by creating a balanced system of monitoring and researching the audience of outdoor media have been remained to be a key vector of ICOA work in 2016.
Larysa Bulatova, ICOA Head: “In a new era of high mobility of consumers, new technologies and Big Data, a new approach of researching in OOH have been completely activated. This year we expect to make a qualitative leap in the system of researching, monitoring and, as well as methods of selling outdoor advertising and reporting relevant information to relevant consumers.
